Lovely day for a ride so I headed off into the Essex countryside with Christophe for a few hours. Went past Redbridge Cycling Centre and as we were in no hurry, popped in and had a look. There was only one person on the circuit and apparently that's often the case during work days. I didn't have a go round as I would have needed a helmet (not going to happen!) but it looked like an excellent facility. We were supposed to come back through Chigwell Row but somewhere along the way I missed a turning and we ended up doing 39 miles instead of the 32 I'd planned, but it's all good.
